• Ensures completeness and accuracy of documentary and informational requirements related to configuration, change or release management.
• Leads and/or facilitates the documentation of ICT processes or systems.
• Prepares test plans for assigned projects
• Documents process flows, response times and service levels for purposes of improving overall performance of department.
• Assists in the implementation, maintenance, and quality assessment of processes aligned with international standards such as CMMI, ITIL or ISO 27001.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent
• With knowledge/experience in Manual Testing.
• With knowledge/experience in testing automation (Winium, Selenium, Test Complete and the like)
• Knowledge in programming is an advantage
• Flexible and keen on details and have a good analytical skills
