Jobs Description Chemical Cleaning Service Manager Job Summary: The role of the Chemical Cleaning Service Manager is to oversee the operations of the department, including planning, client interaction, job inquiries, estimation, equipment maintenance, quality control, continuous improvement strategies, and supervision of chemical cleaning projects for clients. This position requires collaboration with global partners to ensure that the best technology is used based on client requirements, managing a professional team of skilled people, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, and delivering high-quality cleaning services that meet customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary contact for clients, detailing our chemical cleaning services and technology. • Develop cleaning procedures to meet industry standards and client requirements. • Work with estimators and partners for project costing. • Plan and coordinate projects, including staffing, equipment, and logistics. • Manage project execution and efficiency. • Lead, train, and evaluate a team of technicians. • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. • Monitor progress, budgets, and report on project statuses. • Collaborate with business development for new opportunities and proposals. • Maintain client relationships and enhance satisfaction. • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes. • Review projects to identify and implement improvements. • Monitor and improve team performance through KPIs. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor s degree in engineering (Chemical / Petrochemical / Oil and Gas / Mechanical / Petroleum / Polymer / Environmental Science) or equivalent. • A minimum of 12 years experience in chemical cleaning operations, including 6+ years in managerial or leadership roles. • Expertise in chemical cleaning processes, equipment, and safety protocols. • Proven success in lead generation, deal closure, and achieving profit goals. • Proficient in project management tools and software. • Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and working under pressure. • Strong client-facing and relationship management abilities. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
