One of our clients is a leading integrated marketing communications agency located in Dubai are looking for a HR Generalist to play a pivotal role in handling the full spectrum of HR functions with a focus on recruitment and onboarding processes. This position reports directly to the Head of HR cum COO. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Manage endtoend recruitment process including job postings screening resumes conducting interviews and extending job offers.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in performance management processes including goal setting performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Support HR initiatives and projects to improve overall employee experience and engagement.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in human resources or related field
- 24 years of experience in HR roles preferably in the media or advertising industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in fullcycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
- Detailoriented with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
