Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization to achieve business excellence.Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure operational efficiency.Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process improvement projects.Train and coach employees on quality management principles and methodologies.Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement best practices for quality and process improvement.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business excellence.Provide regular reports and presentations on progress and results of improvement projects.Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence throughout the organization.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in business administration or related field.Certifications in quality management, such as Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business excellence or quality management role.Experience in a similar industry or sector is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Employment TypeFull TimeCompany Industry Facilities Management Department / Functional Area Corporate Planning Consulting M&A Keywords Quality Manager Quality Management Systems Process Improvement Process Improvement Manager Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
