Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and implement food safety and hygiene standards in all our food outlets to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards.Qualifications • Develop and implement food safety policies, procedures, and protocols based on regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Conduct regular inspections and audits of food production processes, facilities, and equipment to ensure compliance with food safety standards. • Train and educate employees on food safety and hygiene practices, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food products. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of food safety programs and make recommendations for improvement as needed. • Investigate food safety incidents, complaints, and non-conformities, and develop corrective and preventive actions to address issues. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless implementation of food safety initiatives. • Stay informed about changes in food safety regulations and industry trends and ensure that our practices are up to date and compliant. • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to food safety activities, inspections, and training sessions.
