Entry-level Legal AssistantWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-level Legal Assistant. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to start their career in the legal field and has a strong interest in law. As an Entry-level Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our attorneys, conducting legal research, and managing case files. This position is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar and we welcome applicants of all nationalities. Fluency in English is required.Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to attorneys by scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and drafting correspondence- Conduct legal research and assist with the preparation of legal documents- Manage case files and ensure all necessary documents are filed accurately- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in cases- Assist with various tasks such as billing, document management, and record keeping- Maintain confidentiality of client information at all timesRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field preferred- Fresh graduates or candidates without experience are welcome to apply- Fluency in English (spoken and written)- Excellent communication skills- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
