Process Engineer

Job Description

▪ Create and update products, component costs, and estimated costs for new tenders. ▪ Follow up on the factory layout situation and create proposals for new projects. ▪ Prepare and follow up on the technology improvement plan, training plan, and cost-saving plans. ▪ Manage cost and time constraints on SAP and conduct cost-saving studies to minimize the cost of products. ▪ Investigate any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations. ▪ Analyze monthly production orders cost variance reports. ▪ Share the layout information and calculate the production needs to achieve the targeted productivity in the new layout. ▪ Study the technology system input, output, and bottleneck nodes and the ways to solve them to achieve high performance and efficiency.

Job Requirements

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. ▪ A minimum of two years of experience is a must; preferably as a Process or Production Engineer. ▪ Very good command of the English language. ▪ Talented in technical drawing. ▪ Technical background in mechanical processes such as welding and metal forming will be an asset. ▪ Proficient usage of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
