Senior Warehouse & Logistics Analyst

The Warehouse & Logistics Analyst will be responsible for leading some continuous improvement projects to execution throughout the Warehouse and Logistics departments, Including management and deliverance of training and development systems Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Identifies strategic areas of opportunity and executes continuous improvement initiatives throughout the warehouse and logistics.
- Facilitates cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Develops systems to foster a continuous improvement culture, accountability and recognition of results.
- Utilizes tools and mechanisms to ensure global alignment of warehouse and logistics processes, procedures and methods.
- Inputs training and Improvement performance indicators/data into monthly/weekly reporting tools as required.
- Serves as a liaison between management and employees to ensure training targets and deliverables are on track.
- Provide training on all warehouse related ILCs and OJTs and ad-hoc warehouse activities as required.
- Provide on-boarding and systems set up for new associates as required.
- Prepare Dangerous Goods note for all hazardous shipments leaving IOPS Raheen in accordance with ADR/IMDG/IATA regulations.
- Administers effective, accurate, and timely communication across functional areas, Regeneron locations and service providers.
- Updates SOPs and work instructions as required.
- Provide SME assistance and support for audit and inspection activities.
- May serve as liaison between Regeneron and 3rd Party Logistics Warehouses.
- May review and update method statements and safety Risk assessments’ as required
- Continuously supports Warehouse & Logistics, with data extracts and analytical support.
- Provide project and validation support as required.
- Requires bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 5+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse and/or logistics management.
- Relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of educational requirement.
- GMP compliance knowledge preferable.
- Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to think creatively, proactively and propose solutions with attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate issues and ideas with peers and with management.
- Ability to facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams
