Windows Server Administrator

Experience : 9- 12 Years Location : Indore -> Windows Server and Office 365 Administration:Manage and maintain the organization's Windows server infrastructure, including On premises and Azure Active Directory configuration, troubleshooting.Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams etc.Monitor server and Office 365 performance, Identity and Access Management, identify security vulnerabilities, and implement necessary security measures.Ensure system availability, disaster recovery capabilities, and adherence to compliance standards.Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation for security and compliance tasks.Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, antivirus, and endpoint protection-> Windows and Office 365 Security and Compliance:Implement security strategies, policies, and procedures for Windows servers and Office 365 to protect against internal and external threats.Stay up to date with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities and implement appropriate countermeasures.Help team with regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing.Monitor security logs, investigate security incidents, and coordinate incident response activities.Implement and enforce security best practices, including access controls, data encryption, and secure configurations. -> Team Leadership:Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Act as a mentor and provide oversight, coaching.Set priorities to ensure the timely completion of projects and support requests related to security and compliance.Resolve escalated issues.Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are solved correctly and in a prompt and professional manner. -> Documentation and Reporting:Proactively monitor and respond to alerts and incidents.Clearly communicate escalated issues to Tier 3 and product managers as needed.Create and maintain technical documentation, including security policies, procedures, and standards.Generate regular reports on security incidents, compliance status, and system vulnerabilities. -> Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with emerging security technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to Windows servers and Office 365 security and compliance.Identify opportunities for system enhancements, automation, and process improvements to enhance security and compliance.Implement any necessary preventive measures to reduce faults and issues.Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance frameworks as per ISO 27001If interested, Share me your resume aditi.gupta@impetus.com PRB
