Technical Skill Description: VMware & Compute: • Design, implement and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure. • Monitor, troubleshoot and capacity planning of vSphere environment. • Proactively identify and perform hardware and software upgrades. • Built, configured and deployed VMware pools, including parent/template image creation for end user and server roles. • Designed and maintained scripts for VMware infrastructure with processes ranging from configuration of template/parents to detailed VMware queries. • Automated the P2V and V2V process. • Automated the server data collection and developed capacity planning requirements. • Developed a monitoring strategy and right-sized virtual servers. • Experience on SRM. • Design & Execute complete Workflow for SRM. • Use VMware update manager to create or edit baselines and baseline groups. • Perform upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages (i.e. VDI components, Windows services, or other enterprise apps) as necessary. • Performing backups, troubleshooting and problem resolution for servers associated with a VMware virtual infrastructure. • Maintain, upgrade, and implement improvements to the VMWare ESXi infrastructure. • Assists in the evaluation, recommends negotiations and contracts for the purchases of system software products. • Performs technical analysis, installation, maintenance and modification of operating system software mainly Linux & Solaris and Windows. • Troubleshoots and resolves problems and monitors system performance while simultaneously support staff engaged in similar efforts. • Design, develop and maintain automation of VMWARE infrastructure management. • Design installation, management and routine upgrades of VMWARE infrastructure. • Provide 3rd level support of VMWARE infrastructure. • Provide key technical consultation with major migration and transition programs. • Develop and maintain vCenter Orchestrator automated workflows; work with team members supporting their development and operation of workflows. • Diagnosis of VMware performance and perform VMware performance tuning. • Review completion and implementation of system additions and/or enhancements and make recommendations to management and/or clients. • Analyse and execute VMware performance tuning strategiesif you meet the above skill set, Please share your CV at Nidhi.2.Singh@coforge.com with below details -Total Experience :Current Location :Preferred Location :Current CTC :Expected CTC :Notice Period / Last Working Day : PRB
