Job Description : Event and Marketing ManagerEvent ResponsibilitiesDevelopment, production, and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.Research on locations and event choices for multiple citiesDelivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.Setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on every projectManaging supplier relationshipsTravel to locations to source contacts if requiredProviding leadership, motivation, direction, and support to your teamWorking out event budget, and logistics (Hotel. venue, catering, etc)Managing an effective event management campaignManaging registrantsOn-the-day managementEnsuring that on the day logistics are running smoothly (catering, venue, equipment)Managing event staff to help mark attendance, run speeches, provide attendee support, collect sign ups etc.Sending SMS communications to attendees when needed (last minute venue changes, parking notices etc)Post-event communication, reporting & analysisManaging post-event marketing/communications ('thank you for coming' email, feedback surveys, etc)Reviewing reportsAnalysing feedback and report data to measure whether event goal was achievedBeing responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.Marketing Responsibilities Looking at social media and suggest various marketing opportunitiesCreate company Events Work on marketing our product training to our team Qualification Required· In-depth understanding of event management procedures· Excellent organizational and coordination skills· Outstanding communication and negotiation skills· Proficiency in digital event promotion tools such as social media channels· Customer service skills· Understanding of key performance indicators in events management· Proficiency in project management tools· Flexibility to work late or attend an event if required.· Excellent multitasking and task prioritization skills· Minimum 3 years work experience in an event role PRB
