Technical Support Engineer-Solar Plants (Solar & Plants Monitoring Experience)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate. Job Location: Jaipur/KochiResponsibilitiesReproduce customer environment and run testsManage and address electronic tickets efficientlyLiaise between sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problemsTroubleshoot and configure software and hardwareQualifications1+ years' of technical support experience.Proficient with Sensors connections and cablingHands on experience with communication protocols like Modbus TCP/IP & RTU is a mustExperience in analyzing the performance parameters of the solar plants.Knowledge of Equipment's used in Solar plant and the dataloggersExperience with PLC and Scada System is an added advantage.Customer service orientedStrong written and verbal (English) and troubleshooting skills PRB
