The company is located in Infopark, Kochi.Role DescriptionYou will provide advanced server support and troubleshooting to server and cloud providers worldwide. On a day-to-day basis, you will be dealing with our web hosting clients and major data centers and cloud providers for managing their servers and technical consulting to deploy new servers, server clusters, and public/private cloud infrastructure. Provides technical advice and troubleshooting for web hosting customers on cloud deployment, security, and server issues.QualificationsServer Administration and System Administration skillsExcellent Knowledge in Hosting Control Panels like cPanelExcellent Communication Skill in English (Written)Hands-on experience in Bare Linux Servers and working knowledge in Mail ServersWell-versed in different web servers such as Apache, NginxVirtualization knowledge such us OpenVZ, Xen Server, KVM, and CloudExcellent knowledge of Server Tweaking, HardeningExperience in VMware, AWS Google cloud preferred for senior roles DevOps experience is preferredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related fieldRHCE, AWS Architect certifications desiredMinimum 2 years in a similar field PRB
