Assistant Brand Manager Marketing

Dear Connections,Greetings!We're hiring for the Assistant Manager - Brand Marketing & Communication for our e-commerce organization which is known as "The Pink Foundry". We're looking for someone who has 3-4 years in Brand Marketing Role preferably from FMCG/D2C/Ecommerce Industry.Key responsibilities :Brand Communication:Analyse consumer purchase behaviours & trends on d2c & ecommerce platforms, social media and affiliate platforms and develop hard hitting objective & platform focused communication to strengthening the brand identity and positioning across online and offline channelsDevelop graphic, copy & video content using brand communication frameworkConceptualize and deliver all brand assets in collaboration with creative agencies & graphic designers - social media content, d2c & eCommerce Banners, performance marketing creatives, directional scripts for influencers, PR, SEO articles CRM (emails, SMS, Whatsapp) etc. New Launches: - Collaborate with NPD to create asset toolkit (primary/secondary images, A+ Content, Descriptions, Launch Communication etc) - Lead Photoshoots for launches from conceptualizing to executionSocial Media Management:Ensure brand presence across all key Social Platforms (IG, FB, YT, , Twitter)Create & Execute Social Platform Specific Plan to improve followers and engagement. Manage ORM for the brand across platformsEnd to end plan & execute monthly Influencer Campaigns on Instagram and YTLead social partnerships/collaborations to uplift brand awarenessBrand Marketing: Build quarterly brand marketing calendar to achieve optimum reach targets Create brand level campaigns to establish brand positioning in marketDevelop and execute monthly community marketing plans for the brand to drive awareness and considerationPR: Curate brand PR Plan for the year and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to execute the same.Build & manage brand community of loyal consumers (The Pink Tribe)Work with SEO experts to curate content for the brand with right brand tonalityEducational Qualification:Post-graduation in Marketing OR Graduation in Digital Marketing SpecializationsWork Experience:3-4 years in Brand Marketing Role preferably from FMCG/D2C/Ecommerce IndustryLocation:Andheri, Mumbai.Interested candidates can share their resumes on intern07@encubeethicals.com PRB
