Inbound Sales Specialist

Candidate will be taking care of the inbound calls that they will receive and understand the customer's requirement. They will need to understand the customer and accordingly book their ticket or hotel accommodation or may be even help them with necessary changes in their ticket.(U.S Customers)Please Note - This is an on-site job and the location is in Kirtinagar, New Delhi.Rotational 9 hours shift5 days a week and 2 week off'sResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers via phone, email and chatProvide knowledgeable answers to questions about flight ticket, pricing and availabilityWork with internal departments to check the availability on portalProvide details and connect with the customer after sale.QualificationsFresher's are welcome however experience in travel industry will be a bonus towards the basic package.Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and find the right trip for the customer.RequirementCommunication Skills (English or Spanish)Experienced in BPO or any international company preferredTravel and tourism experience is a bonus PRB
