The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Contractor billing, Sub Contractor Billing, Material reconciliation, Variation claim and analysis, rate analysis for various real estate projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise with various departments to ensure project success.QualificationsExperience in billing and quantity surveying in the real estate industryStrong analytical skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team and manage multiple prioritiesBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related fieldExperience with ERP. Farvision Preferable.Familiarity with construction QS. PRB
