Job Title - Engineering DirectorExperience - 15+ yearsLocation - Chennai (Work From Office)NOTE : Ideal to have core banking or finance technology domain expertise like (Cards, Payments, Lending, Retail/Core banking)ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business needs from the product team to define system specificationsWork with senior stakeholders like Chief Architect and Business Head to discuss and come up with robust solutionsPlan and design the structure of a technology solutionCommunicate system requirements to software developersDesign & Delivery digital user journeys end to endDesign consistent experience on Mobile, Desktop and Tablet form factorsOversee developers' work (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team membersAssist with solving technical problems when they ariseEnsure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructureAddress technical concerns, ideas and suggestionsAssist in pre-sales by participating in solution consulting for various RFPs and also help in filling RFP responses as well as ability to make customer presentations.RequirementsProven experience as a Technical Architect or Engineering LeadAppetite and Attitude to work in a high innovation environmentHands-on experience with digital solutions development including Angular, Spring Boot and Oracle technologiesUnderstanding of strategic IT solutionsKnowledge of selected coding languages (e.g. Angular, Java)Experience in cloud based applications delivery is highly desirableExcellent communication skillsProblem-solving aptitudeOrganizational and leadership skillsEngineering degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field PRB
