Operation Engineer

Myrtha Pools India Private Limited, headquartered in Bengaluru, is a wholly owned subsidiary of A&T Europe SPA incorporated to oversee Sales and Operations in the Indian Subcontinent. Position Summary: This individual contributor role will support the execution and supervision of swimming pool installations, both from the office and on-site, based on project specifications and design plans. The role is also responsible for supporting and overseeing the pre-sales technical support, installation and after-sales process, while focusing on operational excellence. Primary Responsibilities:• Works on-site to perform the product installation, along with the installation crew, while adhering to project schedule and timelines.• Monitors operational performance of both internal and external service providers and supports the Customer installation crews to ensure that standard procedures and guidelines for installation of the product are respected.• Manages site operations, while resolving issues based on guidelines provided and proactively raising any red flags, as required.• Monitors and manages completed and in-progress construction work, through all project stages.• Liaisons with Customers and their representatives (e.g., architects, engineers, surveyors) as the key technical advisor, and attends meetings to keep them informed of progress.• Builds process competence through structured work assignments and by building and streamlining operational processes, to enhance efficiency.• Prepares relevant site/project/technical documents and reports.• Manages timeliness and quality of service on after-sales issues.• Identifies local solutions for products and services.• Liaisons with vendors (e.g., MEP partners, local product vendors, etc.) for solutions from a technical and operations point of view.• Liaisons with HQ Team (internal) on technical solutions and knowledge transfer.• Should be willing to take up hands-on experience in the initial stages. Skills: Essential• Diploma / BE / B.Tech. Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering with minimum 4 years of experience• Site experience• Experience in MEP will be an advantage• MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint• AutoCAD• Willingness to travel frequently• Good English communication skills Location: Bengaluru & Delhi PRB
