The cult.sport product range is thoughtfully designed to deliver the ultimate workout experience, featuring high-quality sportswear, versatile at-home workout equipment, bicycles, and nutraceuticals.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Designer with profound expertise in designing end-to-end products within the fitness and wellness sector.This includes smartwatches, massagers, bicycles, treadmills, and other related equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of form factors, materials, cost-efficient production, and quality assurance to transform ideas into market-ready products. This role demands maintaining standards comparable to those of top-tier, globally recognized technology and consumer product brands.Key Responsibilities:• Design and develop innovative products from concept through to production, focusing on fitness and wellness technologies.• Apply in-depth knowledge of various materials and manufacturing processes to create designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and production, to ensure product designs align with business goals and customer needs.• Conduct extensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new and emerging technologies into product designs.• Create detailed product specifications and design documentation.• Oversee prototyping and testing phases to ensure products meet all required standards before mass production.• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.• Minimum of 3- 5 years experience in industrial design, specifically with end-to-end product development.• Proven track record of designing successful consumer products.• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in form factor, material use, and visual design.• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Blender similar.• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.• Ability to think critically and adapt in a dynamic work environment.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with sustainable design practices.• Familiarity with the fitness and wellness market and its technological advancements.• Experience working with high standards similar to globally recognized brands.
