We have launched our first ever offline stores so that one can furnish their entire home, room or corner without traversing multiple stores or websites !Check out our People website to see what it's like to work here at Furlenco !ResponsibilitiesContact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or serviceAnswer questions about products or the companyAsk questions to understand customer requirements and close salesDirect prospects to the field sales team when neededEnter and update customer information in the databaseTake and process orders in an accurate mannerHandle grievances to preserve the company's reputationGo the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future salesKeep records of calls and sales and note useful informationRequirements and skillsProven experience as telesales / Inside sales representative or other sales roleProven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phoneGood knowledge of computer programs and telephone systemsAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsExcellent Communication in English & Hindi Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCool-tempered and able to handle rejectionOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints PRB
