Keeping this in mind, 2gethr ORR has been designed with a host of amenities that support our members 24x7—whether to take a quick nap & recharge before the next big meeting or sweat it out with the team during a brainstorming session.Reporting to - CROPosition: Business Development AnalystJob Brief: As a Business Development Analyst for 2gethr, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with other departments to achieve business objectives. Your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities through research and data mining.Job Responsibilities:Create a compelling foot in the door pitch and prospect new corporate clients.Stay updated on the happenings in the market, build sources for market intel. Stay informed on market conditions, and competitor activities, newer opportunities, new clients entering the market. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. Qualify leads based on fit and intent.Identify, evaluate and implement new lucrative business propositions.Define target markets, customer segments and ideal customer profiles.Define sales processes and identify key touch points.Segmentize sales pipeline, map out sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.Categorize leads based on their readiness to buy (example hot leads, warm leads, cold leads). Also, prioritize high potential opportunities.Driving pitch presentations with clients together with design & projects team. Carry out proof of concepts to demonstrate how solutions could meet customer requirements and deliver value.Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of new client acquisition using cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels.Host meetings and organize engagement events, participate in conferences and seminars.Maintain a repository of best practices & create reusable components.Ensure that the client is involved and engaged throughout the designing and execution process thereby ensuring that they are getting what they desired.You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them in order to drive revenue growth. This includes researching new market trends and identifying potential clients.You will be responsible to actively promote and represent the company's brand and values to external stakeholders. This role is crucial for building trust, credibility, and loyalty with clients and partners.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).2-4 years of B2B sales experience preferably in commercial Real Estate Sector ExperienceProven experience as a research analyst or in a similar BD role within the coworking industry or commercial real estate sector.Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.Strong business development and networking abilities.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive sales strategies and decision-making.Familiarity with relevant industry-specific regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.Note: This job description serves as a general overview.
