Role: Group Head - Media Technology Location: Mumbai Qualification: Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in a relevant quantitative field (Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or Analytics preferred) Responsibilities of the role: Provide advanced analytics reports utilising respective tools (ad servers, web analytics platforms, Data Clean Rooms), to be used for optimisation Deliver audience-based strategies (e.g. rules based segmentation), for media activation Create custom data driven attribution models for client digital campaigns Develop client advanced omni-channel measurement solutions such as cross-device, offline to online, cross channel etc. Design & Setup A/B tests for implementation with the respective buying teams Utilise log data to build algorithms for media targeting & delivery (e.g. Custom bidding) Contribute actional insights to post campaign analysis reports for clients Manage project timelines and deliverable schedules, communicate with stakeholders & raise issues with the Analytics Director as required Provide training & support executives in both their responsibilities and developing new capabilities to become a future manager Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks relevant to the position Measures of Success: In 3 months: Thorough understanding of the Performics/Publicis Services Data & Tech processes and commenced utilizing in their day-to-day tasks & projects Developed strong working relationships with all team members and relevant stakeholders (eg., clients, Media Team and partners) In 6 months: Has gained any outstanding accreditation/certifications of relevant technologies utilised within the Performics/Publicis Services Data & Tech team Commenced supporting the Performics buying & Campaign Delivery teams and has identified opportunities to add value with Marketing Science and MarTech services In 12 months: Delivered advanced analytics projects (eg. C4M - Cloud for Marketing) across a number of key client campaigns Built comprehensive models that have resulted in improved ROAS across Performics buying, Campaign Delivery and clients What you will need: 5+ years related work experience in the field of data management, marketing analytics, and/or technology 1-2 years of experience in a people management or supervisory role Thorough understanding of online marketing (specifically search, social & programmatic) & digital media metrics Proven ability to extract insights from data and present findings. Advanced dashboard/visualisation capabilities (Tableau, Datorama, PowerBI) Strong SQL experience & has worked with at least one of the major DBMS (SQLServer, MySQL, Postgres and BigQuery) Exposure to Front-end web development (HTML, CSS) Exposure to Web API development (PHP, Java, C#, Python, cURL) Demonstrated capabilities working with media data within ad servers (CM360, Sizmek) DSP's (DV360, TTD) and clean rooms (ADH preferred) Accreditations/Experience utilising web (eg GA360, AA) & App analytics (eg. Firebase, Appsflyer, Kochava) platforms Highly organised, detail orientated, QA-focused with demonstrated project management capabilities Flexibility to work in a cross-functional team but also have the initiative to problem solve independently The following will be highly regarded: Advanced analytical skills across multiple statistical tools & methods Working knowledge cloud computing services for Analytics, preferably GCP (e.g. BigQuery, AutoML Tables) Intermediate to advanced Python including Python packages for Data Analysis Comfortable with direct client & partner engagement PRB
