Housekeeping Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the hospitality department.
Ensure excellent customer service by training and coaching staff.
Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Schedule and assign tasks to staff members.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare reports and provide updates to management.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Proven track record of success in a supervisory role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
Proficiency in hotel management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
