Job Title**:Junior** **Bartender**

Starting Salary**:QAR 2,000 to QAR 2,200** (Based on knowledge and skills)

**Job Overview**: As a Junior Bartender, you will be an integral part of our beverage team, responsible for preparing and serving high-quality mocktails to our guests. You will work closely with our experienced bartenders to learn the art of mixology and develop your skills in crafting unique and flavorful non-alcoholic drinks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement in the hospitality industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of mocktails according to established recipes and standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tools, glassware, and ingredients.

- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed.

- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.

- Collaborate with the bartending team to develop new mocktail recipes and seasonal specials.

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment.

- Uphold the company's standards for professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality at all times.

- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in mixology and customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a bartending or customer service role is preferred but not required.

- Passion for mixology and a willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,200.00 per month
