Welder

Good day,

We're looking for **Tig & Arc, S.S., and Multi Welders** to be deployed to one of our prestigious clients in Doha, specifically in the Oil and Gas Industry. Applicants will be required to submit Certificates that show experience in Qatar or Gulf Countries and Educational Certificates. Salary Package will be discussed during the interview.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- At least 7 years of experience as a Tig & Arc, S.S., and Multi Welder, preferably in Qatar or Gulf Countries

- Must be able to send Certificates of Experience and Training for TIG Welding from companies in the Oil and Gas Industry

- Must have 5 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry

- Valid QID and NOC

- Must be able to start immediately

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform welding on various components and structures in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

- Interpret and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding procedures to ensure accurate execution of welds.

- Set up welding equipment, including TIG welding machines, gas cylinders, and torches, and perform necessary adjustments to achieve optimal welding parameters.

- Clean and prepare materials for welding, including metal surfaces and joints, to ensure proper weld penetration and strength.

- Select appropriate filler materials and welding techniques based on the type of metal being welded, thickness of materials, and environmental conditions.

- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to all relevant safety regulations.

- Conduct visual inspections of welded joints to identify defects such as cracks, porosity, or incomplete fusion, and perform necessary rework or repairs to meet quality standards.

- Collaborate with other team members, such as engineers, inspectors, and supervisors, to coordinate work activities and ensure timely completion of projects.

- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.

- Keep accurate records of welding activities, including materials used, welding parameters, and inspection results, to ensure traceability and quality control.
