Job Description
- Oversee architectural and civil engineering projects, from planning and design to construction and closeout.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- PMP certification is required.
- 15 years of experience in architectural and civil engineering project management.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
