About the Role:
Create reservations, quote fares and issue tickets as part of passenger handling at front office. Serve customers professionally through telephone or in person in order to achieve customer satisfaction, generates revenue and
take all possible measures to avoid loss of revenue.
Operational
- Create reservations for passengers. Handle customer requirement/request professionally ensuring minimum complaints.
- Processing, communicating the status of the product along with the terms and conditions to the clients, in compliance with applicable travel policies.
- Up sale and offer other products such as Hotels, car hire, insurance, International license, airline packages and promote QR products to generate revenues. Sell the best available fare to passengers, without compromising agency revenue.

- Take responsibility for own ongoing personal development and growth of expertise.
- Keep abreast with any market trends and developments
Data Protection
- Ensure that in performance of the role, all uses, disclosures and requests of any information (in any form) are done in accordance with data protection principles adopted by the QR Group and are limited to what is reasonably required to accomplish the intended business purposes of the use, disclosure or request.

**Qualifications**:
About You:
High School Qualification with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 1 years of job-related experience.
Job Specific Skills:
Essential
- Knowledge on the Frequent Flyer Product
- Command of English language
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Preferred
- English and/or Arabic speaker.
- Good network within QR and knowledge of travel industry.
- Recognized IATA / Airline Basic Tariff Course
