We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Operations Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring seamless receiving, dispatching, and inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a strong background in warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Assign workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, ensuring productivity targets are met.
Communicate with customers to address shipping and receiving inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Monitor inventory levels and shipment transactions to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory and storage areas.
Monitor Warehouse Associates to ensure compliance with safety procedures when operating forklifts and other machinery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with proven leadership skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with forklift operation and understanding of safety protocols.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead a team to meet operational goals.
