Responsibilities:
- Maintain good client relationship and provide high quality account servicing to existing health insurance portfolio
- Handle full renewal process for both individual and group clients
- Answer client enquiries through different channels and provide appropriate product proposals based on client requests
- Support in business development sector, including quotation generation, technical product support, proposals, following enquiries, claims and renewals
- Provide onboarding process for new clients
- Claims analysis and reporting
- Client meetings
- Diploma holder or above
- Minimum 2 years work experience in health insurance sector within broking firms
- IIQE 1, 2 and 3 qualification
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good command in English, other languages will be great
