FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Malaysian applicants only, must possess the following:

• At least 3–4 years of related experience leading the Finance/Accounting functions in the hotel industry
• Good command of Chinese language as incumbent needs to deal with Chinese clientele & business associates

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Manage the administration function, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor management.
• Lead and develop the finance and administration team, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic financial plans and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement to drive business growth.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and external stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including tax filings, payroll processing, and statutory reporting.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and manage financial risks.
