Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 03/26/2024 1) Receives & serves customers’following companies’ & manufacturers’ procedures in order to sustain apositive service experience to each customer. 2) Solves customers’ complains tokeep high level of customer satisfaction. 3) Up sells added value services tomaximize revenue to service center. 4) Updates customers’ information onsystem for reliable CRM data. 5) Reviews outstanding repair orderscontinuously for closing & settlement. 6) Attends training programs toimprove skills & competencies 7) Feeds back ideas/suggestions toimprove customers’ service processes & increase revenue. 8)Advises customer the feasibility of car trade in when repair cost becomes highas to get customer’s trust & loyalty.
