Site Agent - Civil Engineering Industry

Overview Hire Resolve's client in the construction industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Site Agent able to work in various locations nationwide. Responsibilities Co-ordinate and control the activities of site staff and agreed quality standards set out in the contract Liaise with clients, site staff and manage agreed quantities programmes Submit monthly revenue certificates and cost estimates Set and maintain work sequences and construction programmes Control costs and cash flow management Set and maintain production targets and operational efficiencies Drive projects to completion Effective problem solving Sub-Contractor management Requirements Civil Engineering Degree/Diploma 5-6 years experience in a similar role preferably in the Construction and Civil Engineering Industry Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent leadership and communication skills Leadership and Business acumen qualities Innovative and profit driven Benefits Salary: Negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
