Today, we are recruiting for a  Maintenance Coordinator - Fault Report  to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Responsible for responding to any emergency failures of Siemens rail systems across RMP Line1 & Line2 Metro network. Manage and coordinate all the necessary actions between the OCC and the related shift supervisor within each maintenance section. Plan, managed, coordinated, and supervised all maintenance tasks together with the maintenance sections. Arrange the related permit to work with the maintenance team. Monitor all failures and alarms for the transit system and manage the work order process for the field teams. Ensure compliance with the maintenance processes. Escalate to the related section manager about any delay in response to rectifying corrective maintenance work orders. Follow up on work order management. Validate the data quality fulfillment within the confirmed work orders. Maintain the O&M's Maximo system (CMMS). Cooperate with all section managers regarding the collection and analysis of data. Maintenance and analysis of data within the Maximo corresponding with the requirements of the sub-systems. Conduct reports and statistical analysis regarding faults and performance measurement KPIs. Cooperate with all section managers regarding the collection and analysis of data. Prepare the maintenance reports based on Maximo. Prepare and analysis of the system availability reports. Follow the safety rules, regulations, and procedures. What do I need to qualify for this job? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in railway systems and Metro transit system maintenance. Flexible working on a 24/7 shift. Fluency in both written and spoken English. What else do I need to know?
