Job DescriptionFull Job Description:We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate and energetic Office Manager & IT Recruiter at Delawalla Business Services to join our management team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar from a reputable university. Applicant must have an experience of at least 2-3 years in Office Management and IT Recruitment.Responsibilities:Monitoring and managing the office and employeesManage office supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintainedResponsible for the arrangement of office furniture, systems, office supplies for all staff member and make sure all office equipment's/appliances are in good working conditionHave to supervise and manage the office maintenance, cleaning, UPS management, opening and closing of office etc.Supervise and handle work related issues.Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positionsAttendance and leave record management for monthly salary process.Ensure everyone is taking care of personal hygiene, job responsibilities and office decorumPetty cash management (if required)Schedule in-house and external events such as official dinner, birthday party, trip or any other such activityWrite and post technical job descriptionsTrack and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels (social media, Job Site etc.)Initiate contact with potential candidate by assessing their resumes and job applicationsInterview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company and completing the relevant paperworkPersonal Characteristics:Ability to work quickly but with strong attention to detail and accuracyEnglish written and spoken communication skillsTeam player and good interpersonal skillsAbility to perform under stress and aggressive deadlinesFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Self-organized with the ability to plan aheadPunctual and organizedJob Timings:9Am to 7PmJob SpecificationQualification and Skills:Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resource management or a similar field.2-3 years of experience in office management & IT recruitment.Familiarity with the IT company environment is mandatoryExcellent organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in all tasksProficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).Problem Solving and logic buildingJob Rewards and BenefitsHealth Insurance,Incentive Bonus,Leaves,Life Insurance,Medical
