Sr. Manager Cutting (Garments)

Required the ability to plan & control , all cutting to Ready For Induction activities, independently.Through knowledge of fabrics,pattern,computerized marker making , embroidery & printing will be essential.Ability to minimize fabric wastage & maintain given fabric utility standard will be first priority.Through knowledge of cutting quality control process will be essential.Exposure in automated cutting environment will be added advantage.Experience in ERP based environment considered as additional advantageMaintain 5's environment will be added responsibility.Job Specification Bachelors/Bsc. MA/MBA/ MSc., 7 to 10 years of experience,Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.Proficient in use of computers and reporting by proper presentation.Excellent communication skills.Self - motivated and responsible.Able to work under pressure
