JOB DESCRIPTIONASSET & EXPERIENCE: Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring adherence to high service and quality standards aligned with Kerten Hospitality's brand image.Manage inventory levels and ordering processes, optimising stock levels and minimising waste.Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs, ensuring functionality and safety compliance.Uphold cleanliness and organisation guidelines in F&B areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.Implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue growth.Supervise and train F&B staff, providing regular feedback and fostering a positive work environment.PEOPLE:Schedule shifts and allocate tasks effectively, considering business needs and staff availability.Provide coaching and guidance to F&B team members for continuous improvement.Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service and teamwork skills.COMMUNITY:Foster positive relationships with guests, addressing their feedback and ensuring satisfaction.Engage with the local community through events and partnerships, promoting the establishment as a valued member.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favourable terms and fostering partnerships.GROWTH:Identify opportunities for improvement in F&B operations, implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant innovations into operations.Participate in the development of new menu items and pricing strategies aligned with customer preferences and business goals.EXPERIENCE & SKILLSPrevious experience in a supervisory role in the F&B industry.Food handling certification (preferred).Advanced English, Arabic preferable. Strong leadership and communication skills, coupled with excellent organisational and time management abilities.
