The Collector is responsible for following up on overdue accounts receivable, collecting payments from private and government entities, ensuring proper documentation reporting, and collaborating with accounts to rectify errors and address inquiries. Job Responsibilities : Achieve monthly collection targets. Demonstrate the ability to handle difficult customers and maintain positive customer relationships. Follow up on accounts receivable from government and private entities while adhering to relevant regulations. Ensure timely collection of all overdue payments and provide daily reports on collections. Contact customers with delinquent accounts via mail, telephone, or in-person visits to secure payments. Engage with customers to understand reasons for late payments and review sales terms. Travel to remote areas when necessary to facilitate collections. Coordinate with the accounts department. Prepare required reports and submit them to the direct line manager. Deliver checks to the territory accountant. Enhance the collection process and offer suggestions for time and cost savings. Assist with banking tasks, including depositing and collecting returned checks. Resolve customer queries in collaboration with other departments. Conduct visits to validate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers. Requirements Saudi national. Diploma or Associate degree. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the collection field. Knowledge of billing and collection procedures. Familiarity with collection systems. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English/Arabic.
