Job Summary
Commercial Bank Innovation Services is looking to hire an Application Tester to join our dynamic team under Wealth Management .
Key part of this position is to ensure end-to-end testing of the Wealth Management Platform.
Key Accountabilities
•Test Planning: Creating of a test plan and a test strategy documentation.
•Test case and test scenario creation: Responsible for designing testing scenarios/ scenarios for functional +ve and -ve testing. Create traceability matrix vis-à-vis functional specification /Business requirement documentation.
•Reviewing and analysing requirements and specifications to develop a comprehensive quality and test plan.
•Create test cases and test scenarios based on test basis documents (BRD), experience or industry standards.
•Executing tests, including manual and automated testing.
•Test execution: Responsible for conducting and testing, thereafter, analyse the results and then submit observations to the development team. Recording the test evidences on DevOps tool.
•Defect management: Create test-product documentation using DevOps tool and creation of bugs with relevant screenshots, and has to participate in testing related walk through.
•Regression Testing: Executing all failed cases to ensure stability of wealth management system until functionality is promoted into production.
•Responsible in performing post production testing after all project releases.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent preferred.
Good knowledge of wealth management services and products
Experience as Relationship Manager
Understanding the wealth management and investment product requirements & perform basic analysis.
Understand the advisory workflow and system functionalities.
Functional certification in Wealth management domain is a plus.
Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to analyze and interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights. Ability to work with large datasets, perform data mapping, and define data models for wealth management systems.
Requirements
Experience : Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field is required. This can include experience with manual testing, automated testing, and using various testing tools and technologies. Previous experience as Relationship Manager or other front line function facing clients is required.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies, as well as experience with various testing tools and technologies. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to review and analyze requirements and specifications, and to identify and report defects or issues found during testing.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with other team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing.
Project Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps
Test Management & Automation Tools: Experience in at least one test automation & test management tool (Bugzilla, Jmeter, LoadRunner, Spirateam, Qualitia, HP ALM, DevOps, UFT, Selenium, Scriptless Automation Tools etc).
