Lead Procurement Engineer ( For Rwanda)

1 - Contracting experience more than 5 Years in Qatar2 - Procurement experience more than 5 Years, preferably on specialized materials for luxury residential / building projects.3 - Bachelor's Degree preferably in Civil Engineering4 - Must have good communication skills and a strong negotiation personality5 - UPDA Certification a plus 7 - CPP / CPPM Certification a plus :1 - Organizing and Processing Project Requisitions and ensuring the approval of the Procurement / Contracts Manager prior to Processing.2 - Verify quantities ordered and approval status of materials with relevant Project Manager.3 - Investigation and research availability of sources.4 - Negotiation with Suppliers and coordination to ensure delivery on time.5 - Develop and maintain database for materials, suppliers, and subcontractors (local and international).Job Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: QAR9,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month#J-18808-Ljbffr
