General Accountant

Job Description:
- Following-up of clients' financial collections (checks - cash - transfers - credits -...etc.) Documenting financial movements and
- Considering the local and international accounting standards in force in the State of Qatar as well and considering the ease of tabulating the financial information for ease of dealing with it by the line manager and the relevant managers.
- Participating in the preparation of budgets, as well as the implementation of projects in accordance with the approved policies.
- Submitting reports to the direct manager according to the mechanism and direction that he approves.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Facilitating payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
- Assisting the internal and external audits with their requirements
- Booking Form, Cas Receipt, Cash Disbursement spot checking & monitoring
- Preparing Invoices to be submitted to Clients
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation for certain Accounts
- Reviewing Monthly Agent Commission & preparing Commission Agent Payment
- Preparing Payment Request towards Vendors submitting Invoices
- Posting invoices and agent invoices on the company's accounting system and ensuring that the amounts are posted correctly
- Maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of financial and accounting information.
- Maintaining backup copies of financial records. Entering financial and accounting data and information into the software systems used in the company.
- Preparing the necessary financial reports, lists and schedules, and accounting books on a regular basis.
- Collect and analyze financial and accounting data.
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 2 years (required)
**Language**:
- English (required)
License/Certification:
- QID plus NOC (required)
