This role requires a profound understanding of application architecture principles, alongside expertise in VMware technologies, storage, backup, and compute solutions. The ideal candidate will design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance environments, driving strategic design decisions and guiding a team of architects to ensure alignment between IT infrastructure and business objectives.Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of application architecture across storage, backup, and compute domains, ensuring alignment with business needs and application roadmaps. Analyze application requirements, translating them into robust technical solutions that consider performance, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, proposing advancements that optimize application performance and efficiency. Lead discovery and planning sessions with customer technical teams, focusing on applications, to gather SOPs and TOPs (OAT, UAT testing procedures). Participate in testing activities, ensuring comprehensive coverage for live events and monitoring performance.
