Excellence Manager - PMO (EOI)On-site Madinah, Al Madinah Province, Saudi Arabia BID Recruitment, JP230130ALMPMOMADINAH Full time DescriptionJASARA PMC, a leading construction and project management company, is currently seeking an Excellence Manager (EOI) to join our team. As an Excellence Manager (EOI), you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within our Project Management Office (PMO). You will work closely with project teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement best practices, and monitor performance metrics. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management and is highly skilled in driving process improvements and organizational excellence.Responsibilities Identify areas for improvement within the PMO and develop strategies to drive operational excellence Lead and support the implementation of best practices for project management Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor project performance Provide guidance and support to project teams in identifying and addressing operational challenges Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with project management standards Facilitate training and workshops to enhance project management skills and knowledge within the organization Collaborate with stakeholders to drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellenceRequirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field 15+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the construction industry Hands-on experience in improving operations Projects, change management, preparation and development of work manuals Procedural, development and management of training and development programs. Proven track record in driving process improvements and operational excellence Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus* Proficiency in Arabic and English Spoken and written.
