Update your details, view your application and progress Community Services Manager (Promotion & Marketing) Apply now Job no: 494451 Work type: Permanent Location: Eastern Categories: Marketing /Public Relations The JobTo assist the supervisors in the execution of marketing campaigns according to the approved marketing plans and KPIs.To provide content for, coordinate production of, and be responsible for maintenance of promotion materials including leaflets, e-newsletters, website and social media channelsTo develop insightful reports to enhance website traffic, social engagement and business conversion.To plan and implement creative ideas for signature events, including but not limited to exhibitions, award ceremonies, media interviews and renovation projects.To collaborate with internal counterparts and stakeholders to develop integrated marketing campaigns for elderly services promotion.To liaise with external parties in collaborative promotion projects, including but not limited to social enterprises, educational institutes and creative agencies.To supervise and coach the subordinates to assure the quality of services, manage the team in effective and efficient manner, and develop management reports by preparing documentations, such as presentation materials and publications.To undertake any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor deems appropriate.The PersonDegree holder or above preferably in Media & Communications, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Journalism or equivalentMinimum 5 years solid experience in Marketing / Corporate Communications / Content Management, recognized welfare organization preferableWith administrative and supervisory experienceProficiency with MS Office applications, multimedia software and social monitoring toolsKnowledge of content management system, graphic design, photo editing and video production is a plusExcellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skillsStrong team player with a sense of responsibility, attentive to details and to meet tight deadlinesSelf-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work independently under pressureGood command of written and spoken English and Chinese
