*JOB DUTIES STATEMENTS:Duties and Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute treasury strategies and investment policies to optimize the organization's financial resources and maximize returns2. Monitor cash flow positions and forecasts, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs and minimizing the cost of borrowing3. Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investment advisors to facilitate efficient cash management, financing, and investment opportunities4. Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities, making recommendations for mitigating risks and enhancing investment returns.5. Oversee the organization's debt management activities, including monitoring debt levels, negotiating borrowing terms, and evaluating refinancing opportunities6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, accounting, and legal teams, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls7. Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization's treasury and investment strategies8. Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support treasury and investment decision-making processes9. Provide leadership and guidance to the treasury and investment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment10.
