Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist:  Are you a digital marketing expert with a proven track record of driving results? Join our dynamic team as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist and lead the charge in developing and executing innovative digital strategies to elevate our brand's online presence and drive growth. We're seeking a strategic thinker with deep expertise in digital marketing channels, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a knack for staying ahead of industry trends to deliver impactful results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Formulate digital media campaigns in alignment with business objectives, utilizing platforms such as Google Ads, Instagram, UAC, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other channels. Execute and oversee paid media campaigns, constantly monitoring ROI and KPIs. Collaborate with external suppliers and tools to support digital marketing initiatives. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on digital marketing performance. Explore and adopt new tools to enhance overall marketing effectiveness. Develop quarterly digital marketing strategies. Demonstrate proficiency in creating intelligent segments, running multichannel campaigns, and measuring conversions through email and push notifications, among other methods. Manage the digital touchpoints of the organization. Reporting on all paid ads data, ensuring transparency and accountability.  Proactively seeking and evaluating new digital tools to stay ahead of industry trends.  Ensuring optimal utilization of all tools for maximum efficiency in achieving marketing goals. Requirements Proficient in ad-serving tools. Knowledgeable in key marketing areas such as SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, and SEM. Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns across major search engines. Demonstrable expertise in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Competent in setting up strategic triggers on marketing automation tools. Familiarity with user retention tools like WebEngage and CleverTap. Understanding essential measurement tools and proficiency with analytical and database tools, including Adjust, SEMrush, AppGain, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, AppsFlyer, etc.
