Job Description:Our prestigious client, an innovative retail tech platform rooted in Riyadh, is revolutionizing the retail industry on a global scale. As they amplify their brand and reach, they seek a seasoned Head of Marketing to champion their brand narrative and drive market dominance.Duties and Responsibilities:• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities.• Supervise the department, providing guidance and feedback to marketing team members.• Produce ideas for promotional events and materials, overseeing their implementation.• Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback.• Enhance brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.• Oversee the company's social media presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align brand messages and promotions.Qualifications:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.• 10+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on marketing expansion and identifying emerging market trends.• Comprehensive knowledge of data analysis and market research.• An innovative mindset paired with a hands-on approach.
