Highlights: Nana funding: $29M Current funding stage: Series B Nana backed by: STV, MEVP, Wamda Capital, Saudi Venture Capital, Impact46, Watar Partners Duties and Responsibilities: -Co-lead with the head of the brand on building the brand strategy with all its elements, proposing Target markets, brand rules, brand vision to achieve the highest ROI. -Control the annual category marketing budget assigned from the management and utilize it based on the category marketing calendar to approve it from the management. -Lead and co-create with the category managers, communication managers and 3rd party agencies the design and implementation of the annual comprehensive category calendar. -Co-lead with the head of brand and the marketing team all the communication that Nana is going to publish to ensure all activities have the same direction. -Lead closely with the brand, marketing, customer support, product, and seller support teams to develop new products to enhance the customer experience. -Lead with the categories mangers to plan the monthly tactical activities and ensure it is implemented to ensure growth. -Build and Monitor the category activities in collaboration with the marketing, product, and data teams by focusing efforts of all departments to ensure achieving the monthly and annual targets and unlocking future potentials. -Maintaining and developing the marketing plan by having a smooth commination and alignment between the stakeholders to ensure the execution of the category marketing plans. -Generate activities performance reports monthly to give insights that help increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the upcoming campaigns to insure maximum growth with optimized budgets.Requirements:Proven experience as category marketing manager or similar role.Solid knowledge of category marketing management, marketing and sales principles.Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.Proficient in MS Office.An analytical mind with a strategic ability.Excellent communication and people skills.BSc/BA in business administration, marketing or related field.Best Regards, Information Technology and Services - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
