Reference Data, VP - Well-known financial institution

As a VP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of reference data in system across the Pan Asia offices. Responsiblities:

• Create and maintain security master records on the firm's enterprise reference data platform using Bloomberg and other applications
• Collaborate with KYC/AML teams to verify client documentation and to ensure accurate registration of new customers and related product attributes
• Perform complex data analysis, provide key business insight to ensure strategic alignment of business goals with regards the implementation and usage of reference data
• Implement quick solutions that help minimise time to market
• Support the cyclical review process and static data fields
• Analyze and understand business requirements to review technical and business specifications with a focus on reference data modelling
• Provide advice and approve standard settlement instructions (SSI) for Fixed Income, Equities and derivatives products as required

• Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines with solid experience in reference data domain and management
• Able to handle complex data flows and mapping logic
• Proficiency in using relevant systems and tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data accuracy and consistency
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficient in verbal and written English and Cantonese
