Project Sales Engineer

Project Sales Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The Project Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for mechanical construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, coupled with proven sales experience in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to generate sales leads for mechanical construction projects.
• Regularly monitor public and private tenders and participate in suitable tenders according to company standards.
• Collaborate with the Project engineering team to develop tailored solutions that meet the Client's needs and requirements.
• Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations to Clients, demonstrating the value proposition of our services.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, Bahrain market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue.
• Conduct regular follow-up and facilitate payment collection from clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical construction projects and additional 2-3 years of experience in the project sales field.
• Proven track record of sales success in the construction industry, preferably in mechanical engineering projects.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship with Clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Bahrain driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
