About the role: The Technical Training Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the development of Agricultural distributed products and Service Technician development. This role would suit a technician looking to get off the tools. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing the development needs of the agricultural service technicians
- Identifying and developing instructional materials
- Producing and implementing development training programs
- Monitoring and reporting on training metrics
- Contributing to the overall technician development paths and plans
- A heavy-duty certificate and are advantageous
- Strong knowledge of the Agricultural technician skilled trades highly regarded
- Excellent project management skills
